Cinnomon Roll Casserole
Ingredients
1lough of sourdough
1teaspoon of cinnamon
1teaspoon vanilla
6eggs
3/4c. Milk
5tblsp butter
Pecans or nuts optional(best if chopped)
Icings gradients
2ouces cream cheese
4tblspn butter
3/4c powdered sugar
1/2tspn vanilla
1. Take 4of the tbsp of butter and melt, pout into an ungreased 9x13 dish.
2. Cut the lough of bread into cubes and put Into dish
3. Take 6 eggs and add into a mixing bowl
4. add cinnamon and vanilla mix well
5. Melt the last tablespoon of butter to the 3/4c of milk and mix into the bowl
6. Mix it all well then pour over the bread
7. Add pecans if wanted
8. Bake at 350degrees for about 25minutes
9. Can drizzle syrup prior to baking or can add to taste once baked
Icing
1.melt butter and cream cheese
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla to the butter and sour cream
3. Drizzle over portions once casserole is bakes
*you can replace the bread for actual cinnamon rolls, I prefer the bread and homemade icing though
I wish I could have gotten a picture of it before it was eaten. Oh we'll, I guess I'll have to make it again. DARN!
